[Resolved]  Wipro — Not able to upload documents for background check

My resume no is 20502726. I received a mail from Wipro for the background check on June 15 2021 but whenever I try to click on fill more profile details, the link is not working.im sending mail to manager.[protected]@wipro.com for past 1 week i have been mailing them but have responded to none of my email. The main concern is that my last date for background verification is approaching.
Please help me as soon as possible.

I am getting problem while logging in ICIMS. As shown in the attached screenshot .
Therefore, I request you to do something in order to resolve my problem.

Will the wipro again send link for background verification if we are facing a problem, "sorry, the page you requested was not found".

I am also facing the same issue. Can you please tell what did they say and what should i do to contact them should i also make a complaint over here ?

As I have got the mail regarding background verification for hiring process, Followed the steps mentioned in the mail and added login details, got the message to regenerate the link and clicked on it and after that logged in again, clicked on background verification and next on fill more details to profile, But not able to proceed to the next step as it is showing below attached screenshot.
Also Tried clearing browser cache but still facing the same issue.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
