Wipro — Not received experience letter for 4 years of tenure. Received only for 1 year

It has been one month since my last working day in Wipro. I was not aware of the WASE testimonial document before leaving wipro. Now I have submitted the doc along with manager approval but no response from he final settlement team and HR. I have been with Wipro from 26 Sep 2016- 30 Nov 2020 as Student - computer applications and I have not received the experience/ testimonial doc for that period. But I have received the service letter for the period 1 Dec 2020- 7 feb 2022

Despite multiple calls and emails, I have not heard back from the team. My BGV for the current employer is on hold because of the same
