[Resolved] Wipro — Not received the Full and Final Settlement

Hi,
My name is Dhwaj Tiwari, emp ID: 639517.
I was working with Wipro BPS and I resigned my services on 28th of January 2017. What I was promised, I would be receiving my salary in 45 days from the last working day.
If I calculate I should have received my salary by 15th of March 2017, but still I am waiting for the salary to get credited.
The guy whom I spoke with Venkat, who is in charge of my account, advised me that I would receive the salary by 31st of March. I waited till the date he mentioned. I called him back on 31st march, again the guy told me that the salary would be credited by 5th of April.
On 5th of April when I called them back, I received a message from him that it would take some more working days.

If I am not wrong it is more than 75 days waiting for my salary.
On the other hand the new organisation that I am currently working with is asking for the relieving letter. I received the letter on 5th of April and that too with wrong information.

All my colleagues who have left the job after me have received their salaries as well as the relieving letter in the adhered time limit.

Also there was a compensatory off on 26th of December 2016 and 2nd of January 2017, where I served my duties for the company, but I did not receive the compensation for that.

What is the use of working on the non-working days? If I am not getting any compensation for that day.

I contacted the team more than 100 times, but the call goes unanswered. Then I called up the guy Mohammed Aslam, he is the 3rd level escalation POC. He fooled me many times by disconnecting the call, or by saying that "call back tomorrow" "I am on a break".

When the people don't have understandings of their responsibilities, why are they given the position and the post of escalation.

I want to escalate this issue to the maximum level I can so that they should understand the problem of a normal employee.

Updated by dhwaj123 New update: Today I received a mail stating that I was absent on a day on which I was present.
The day has been marked as absent because it was a compensatory off.

Hi am suba and my employee ID 20076476.

I relived from Wipro on May month 25th 2021 and I only get my basic salary as my final settlement.I contact my managers and Hr but there is no proper reply from them and also I contact final settlement team through mail but I don't get any clarification regarding this issue..

The very worst experience I had with Wipro settlement team and I need someone to contact me through mobile from the settlement team also I provide my number in the mail but no one contact me till now..Why should I struggle to get my one month salary after leaving the company and it's very disappointing to have this kind of experience in a very well know MNC company.

I hv having problem with my pf withdrawal. I hv been communicating for a year now but to no avail. I try to call Delhi pf office but not picking the call. The status says "doesnt exist"

My name is Narmatha Devi R my emp id is 327572

I need to repay only the Contingency Loan as far as my know. Not sure why the additional amount is been added. I didnt get a proper response for settlement team. Currently I got a legal notice for the amount to be paid. Below highlights was the reponse I got for the clarification of regarding the negative salary mentioned in the recovery amount.
We have recovered May ’16 and Jan 13 days salary recovered as per LOP triggered under Negative salary (INR 16, 281.00) and the remaining excess paid WBP component was recovered under WBP-Excess Utilized (INR 5, 161.00). Your May month salary is not processed as per SWIPE details.
During the month of MAY I had swipe in out issues and have raised many tickets for which I was asked to edit my timing. That was not my fault and I have recieved the salary. Whats that WBP excess utilized ? I had amount in my claim and reimbursement so made the claim and why I am supposed to pay it back.
To your notice I have recieved a legal notice staying I need to pay extra 12% interest for delay in payment or else a civil and criminal action will be taken again me. I have sent many mails for which there was no reponse. Since the reponse got delayed I delayed in paying the amount for which they ask an additional 12% interest for the amount of 47665. Now what I am supposed to do knidly guide me. Its such a huge amount and I am not in a position to pay that huge amount. I am ready to pay my Contingency Loan amount alone.
Kindly guide me with these issues.
