[Resolved] Wipro — pbl app update completion status tab not working | |
Respected sir my resume number is 9286696. I have completed my all the courses but i cannot update the completion status of assignments. The update completion status tab is not working for junit, collections and rdbms/jdbc courses. It was working for all other courses. I have already messaged about this issue earlier in discussion forum. Please look into it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
Apr 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Apart from posting the complaint here I even mailed to the manager of Wipro as well as the head of the pjp. Their email ids are [email protected] and [email protected].
The manager replied to my e-mail stating that they have fixed the issue. Also asked me to clear the cache before trying again. They resolved the issue within one day and even extended the deadline for completing the course to 30-05-2020 which was 30-04-2020 earlier. If any other problem persists make sure to lodge the complaint along with screenshots. Thank you. Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

Hello sir/madam, I am PavithraRenganathan and my resume number is 9359308. I tried to install eclipse and tomcat to do assignments on servelets and jsp, but I couldn't set up the environment. I tried many youtube videoes but nothing has worked out. so, kindly help me to do the installation.
Respected sir my resume number is[protected]. I have login issue PBL app webpage is not loading even I tried in different browsers too but nothing happened. I am losing my time to complete assignments. Please look into it as soon as possible.

same issue is with me from last 5 days the PBLApp isn't working first of all it takes minimum of 15 minutes just to login. And this issue is costing us the time and deadline for the submission

Your query got resolved? For me it's showing "service unavailable" when I try to login. First it takes too long.

I opened it yesterday for like half an hour but the session got expired in between and since then none of the courses are opening. There's is a deadline for each course, how will I complete them if they don't open. After selecting pjp core none of the tabs work. Even for login it takes 5 mins.
