Wipro — pf transfer & wipro alumni portal not working

Hi team wipro,

I am an ex-employee of wipro and my employee id is 812811.

I have no visibility of my pf with wipro trust and dont know if my wipro infotech pf got transferred to wipro technologies.

Further i want to merge my total pf balance of wipro in to my current company.

I have already sent an email to exemployee. [protected]@wipro.com

Also, alumni link to register and access my information at wipro "https://myapp.wipro.com/xemp/index.html" is not recognizing my employee id with wipro. How can i access it, kindly advise
