Wipro — Re: Regarding rejection of EPS amount transfer to new PF number | |||
Respected Sir/Ma'am, I am writing this email to you in regard to the PF transfer which has been rejected by the EPFO field office. I have learned from the rejection reason that Wipro Ltd has deducted the wrong amount from my salary for EPS when I wasn't eligible for it as per the Law guidelines. They were not able to give me a resolution for it so I have raised a grievance with Govt PF office and they have asked me to submit the clarifications of the wages from month 09/2016 to 09/2017 and remitting EPS contributions under my PF number along with Form-13 enclosing the above clarification letter attested by the employer of M/s Wipro ltd. But they are not providing me with this letter and despite exchanging 50 emails with alumnipf.[protected]@wipro.com, I am unable to get any help from them.
