Hi all,
This has been a worst experience that i have faced.
I am not receiving my relieving letter or experience letter.
I am not receiving my FNF settlement amount not even the settlement status.
I am unable to access documents on the alumni portal because their webpage is stuck.
The offboarding team is not replying to my emails and when they are replying they are kicking my issue from one team to other.
I have submitted all my hardwares, id cards and completed all my exit formalities, i have even got my asset clearance validation email but now the offboarding team is forwarding my mail to Hardware team for hardware clearance and that is already completed and i have the confirmation email for the same.
instead they should be updating me about fnf settlement and giving me relieving letter and alumni access
