I had joined wipro as an associate, i was in hp kv process (hp laptop domestic india-manager-dev dutta, assistance manager-ashis khetan, group leader - jakaria molla) previous year, in the interview they say many thing, infect they lie to candidates but actual scenario one finds after one get into the company. at the time of interview they used to say 3 months of training would be provided, but they provides only one month of training, the reason is they are not capable enough to run the process efficiently. the client from bangalore or from delhi (i don't know exactly) used check about the training and all about the process but these people in kolkata wipro lies to the client and they play politics, in the long run we associates used to suffer. the trainer used to share all these internal things to us. the hp customers had too many complaints about the product, about the service center and all. the valuable customes does not get proper support from service center and the associates career completely depends on the survey customer used to give to them instead of quality performance. so many a times after getting proper support from associates over the phone cust used to give detractor (bad survey) because they do no get support from service center... so why associates to blame for this... and if associates ranks goes red on the basis of survey the associates are asked to leave the company... i mean, does it make sense??? after associates gives their 100% to the work their performance are judged only on the survey from the customer... if customer does not get proper support from service center, how they give promoter (good survey) to the associates???
Associates are not even given break for lunch on time, manager-devdutta, assistant manager-ashis khetan, group leader-jakaria molla, and the trainer prashant singh don't know even how to train the agents, he only knows how to build rappot with the people, that's it... everyone is to blame, they only pay attention on their performance and service level, they have nothing to do with associates, their behaviour is also very rude. i am sorry to write this complaint but this is true, completely true, they all don't know how to run the process... it happens with each and everyone.
