Dear sir/ madam, I worked in Wipro Technologies from April 2009 to October 2011. . Employee ID: 174746 PF NO. : KN/11394/104647 . I applied for my PF in 2014 Dec/ 2015 January. There is no response from wipro team for any of my 6 emails. . I am living abroad at present and I already travelled last year for this work. And I went to Wipro offices and there is no one to talk to. The security guys are so rude they dont let an old employee go in even. There is no way I am able to reach to them. Hi,
Struggling to get the PF amount transfered or withdrawn since last 4 years and still not resolved.

I worked for Wipro since June 2011 to Dec 2017, almost 7 years. I had raised PF transfer request and shared with Wipro PF team, UAN portal is saying transfer is settled with 0 amount.
And now my earlier PF account is closed due to change of employment and again a new PF account number.
Now I am not getting option to transfer Wipro PF again to new account.

Please help me ASAP. Sent below content to wipro PF team again.

This is to inform you that
1) I have already raised a transfer request on March 13th, 2018 and sent the attached form to Wipro PF helpdesk on March 14th, 2018. But the amount is not transferred to my new PF account but the status showed as settled online on UAN portal. Please see the attached screenshot for the same.
2) Now, the PF account number mentioned on the transfer form is not active anymore as my employment has changed and I am not getting an option to raise a transfer request again. From Wipro to a new PF account.

Let me know what option I have to transfer the PF amount to a new PF account or withdraw the PF amount.

It has been 4 years now and I cannot follow up for the same matter for ages. Please try to understand my situation and help me out.
