Wipro — There is no response from wipro team and the claims kept getting rejected

Dear sir/ madam, i worked in wipro bps from april 2014 to august 2016. Employee id: 918121 uan no.[protected]. I applied for my pf many times. There is no response from wipro team and the claims kept getting rejected.
