Wipro — They rejected me although I got offer letter from Wipro and did internship for many days....

Respected Sir/Mam,
I am Arif Hossain, staying Birbhum district in West Bengal. I completed my B.E degree from Jadavpur University. My department is Electrical Engineering.
I applied in Wipro's Elite National Hunt Project engineer profile from superset id. Before I applied, I check all eligibility criteria, that was matched.
On scheduled day I gave online exam. I have been shortlisted for interview. During interview, interviewer asked me why I completed my UG course in five years[protected] instead of four years. Then I told him the reason behind my one year gap. Then interviewer asked me if I have any backlog . I answered currently I have no backlog. The interviewer was ok with that.
On 15th of Feb I got an offer letter as an Project Engineer at Wipro and I accepted the offer letter same day. I uploaded my all supporting documents within 20 days. I uploaded my documents before deadline.
Then I got an email on 16th March to create PBL id for training procedure and I created my PBL id. In PBL id I got employee no. and PRP PBL stream.
On 28th April I got a email from Wipro, write "as per your document submitted, UG duration(15-20) 5 years - Not eligible which is not as per the eligibility criteria".
After knowing everything, interviewer selected me for this profile. So, why I got this type of email 2 months after getting offer letter?
After selecting I discontinued my M.tech degree.
Also I did not give any further interview after my selection.
They play with me as well as my family emotion.
