Wipro — Unable to login to Wipro Alumni portal for payslips as an Ex employee

Hi,

I am an Ex- employee of wipro. I left the job in the month of sep'18, my employee id is 17010055.

All i received was a mail from firm giving me the below link to register or login:
https://alumni.wipro.com/#/Aluminiportalui/ during the resignation

My email id is displayed as already registered but when am trying to reset my password in order to login it is not responding. I need my salary slips and experience letter from the alumni portal. It seems that the company has not shared all the salary slips via mail during my resignation.

I tried reaching out to every helpline number of wipro, none of them worked.There is no way left to reach wipro.

kindly revert back asap because this is very urgent.
