Wipro — update of incorrect dob in pf account

I left Wipro couple of months ago and after leaving the organisation when I checked my PF account I found a huge error in my DOB, I immediately contacted Wipro who suggested me to update it though EPFO portal online. As advised I went on to the EPFO portal, logged in using my UAN and requested for an update of DOB. I submitted the required documents such as my AADHAR card copy and 10th certificate however after 10-15 days I saw they rejected my request stating that I need to submit a joint declaration since the difference in DOB is huge( it was more than 10 years from my actual DOB which was really shocking for me.It was either Wipro PF team of EPFO workers who made this careless mistake). I again contacted Wipro and told them about he same and after multiple emails to various teams they sent me the form asking to fill it and send it back with the required documents. Again I filled the form and sent it to Wipro PF team through a private courier which shows being delivered to Wipro team on 23rd July however after sending multiple queries Wipro team is saying that they have not received any letter from me. This has been going on for moths now and it’s getting really frustrating since for someone else’s mistake ( Either Wipro or EPFO employees) it’s me who is suffering and it looks like Wipro teams are least interested in helping their ex employees who have worked for them for past 6 years. Hi. I am an employee of Wipro. I get 13000+ rupees per month. It is not enough in this inflation. Please, increase and atleast try to give 20000 per month; and provide over time. So, I can apply for a loan.
