Wipro — Warranty on wipro led bulb

I bought wipro led buld, wipro garnet b22 7watt through online.. It stopped working after three months.. It is under warranty period. I mailed to feedback. [protected]@wipro.com from my email address [protected]@gmail.com, to claim the warranty, even after repeated reminder there is no response from them.
I need replacement, please redress the issue..
