Wisdom Jobs — Resume forwarding services

I have paid Rs.2000 to Wisdom Jobs for Resume Forwarding Services on 10th October 2013.
Till now they have not even arranged a single interview call for me.
Have given all the necessary information and updated my profile in their website(www.wisdomjobs.com).
I have never received any call from them, if I call them there is no response from them.
I was assigned a person by name Guruprasad, he never called me up or never responds to any of my mails.
I have sent them so many mails regarding the refund of the amount what I have paid.
Have sent them my bank account details also. NO REPLY TILL DATE.

Last week also I have sent a mail to Mr Guruprasad stating I am giving a complaint in Consumer Forum, NO REPLY.

WISDOM JOBS is cheating people, they don't have any contacts with any companies.

Updated by dattu41 Till now I have not received any call or mail from them.
Now the next step would be written compliant to Police.
They are forcing me to go to extreme step.
Will wait for a day and then lodge a complaint against wisdomjobs.com

Vanitha Desai from WISDOM GULF JOB.com had been frequently calling me here in dubai in the month of Jan-2014 to pay for their services INR 4600. And promised me to processed my documents/ Resume for interview.Her manager also called me and insisted for the payment.She said that they have lots of opening and currently (at that time) we have opening in QATAR bank and once i pay they will forward my Resume to Qatar bank, and also they will asign one public relation officer to me for future who will follow up with my queries time to time and will call me.She also said that where ever they send my Resume they will CC to me also and will inform me accordingly or will update me. However nothing had happened so far. She stopped responding to my calls and neither i received any email which proves that WISDOM GULF JOB.COM forwarded my Resume.Before i paid, every day i used to receive a call from these people but since i paid they stopped contacting me.

WISDOM GULF JOB. COM are the BIG CHETEARS who really don't have any contacts and they are trying to make fool of the people and eating their hard earned money.

This is really ridiculous web site.
I am planning to give a written complaint to Cyberabad Police.
