Wish Net — Carryover for my double recharge

Hi,

I paid my internet bill twice on 30-oct-2021 first from amazon pay and second from wishnet itself with gpay . But in the first case the amount got deducted from my account and I even got the BBPS Ref No : BD011303BA3AAADLO6G8 .

So, how am i not supposed to have a carryover from your side as you have received two consecutive payments from my side. It has been 26 days I have been waiting for this . If you did not receive any payment from my first method then how did the BBPS number get generated ?

The way I am providing my information in a mail, if one percent of that you would have done then the problem would not stretch this long . I am mailing you and you are just passing the time so i can make payment again today. and your customer care service is pathetic, i want to name three women :

2. gouri
3. priyanka

they are just playing with me and buying time from me but i am the one who faced the loss not them that is the reason maybe they are not taking my issue seriously.

After 28 days they are telling me that they are not supposed to mail me. There is another team to reply to my query, so where are they ? Are you even checking my mail ?? So, within Tuesday[protected] I should get my carryover information for the next month .

As you can see I have provided transaction ID and order ID. I hope you know that when you receive a payment successfully then only transaction ID and BBPS number get generated . So, you have two days, solve it efficiently .
