[Resolved] Wishnet — Packet Loss

This December Me and my friends using Wishnet are facing Packet Loss. I have called their call center few times and still issue hasn't been fixed yet.
I am having these issues from Burdwan. I want to say that if you did not give proper speed, so give my money of the this month with installation charge. Why i am being cheated by Wishnet internet service. Is it the Wishnet terms and condition?

Packet loss partially fixed. Once in a while packet loss occurs.. but latency has increased more than 2x. Wouldn't recommend Wishnet to anyone.

Wish Net customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by RoyInBurdwan Now wishnet isnt working for anyone at burdwan. Its not even connecting to the internet or even letting the login portal to open.

Updated by RoyInBurdwan Packet loss occurred sometimes last day too with ping increase while playing games like valorant.
