Amount deducted but recharge plan not activated

I have recharged a plan for my broadband yesterday but the plan is still not activated. The money was deducted from my account. But till now I've not got any refund nor they have activated the plan.
I've used their paytm payment gateway while doing payment

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the broadband service that I have been receiving from your company via my cable operator. For the past six months, the connectivity has been very poor and unreliable. The network speed is acceptable when the connection is stable, but it often gets timed out or disconnected multiple times a day.

I have lodged several complaints with your customer care, but the issue has not been resolved permanently. The service quality improves temporarily after each complaint, but soon deteriorates again. I feel that I am not getting the value for the money that I am paying for your service. Your company seems to be indifferent to the problems faced by your customers.

I request you to take immediate action to fix the network issues and provide me with a consistent and reliable broadband service. If the situation does not improve by the end of my current plan, I will have no option but to switch to another operator. I hope you will address my complaint seriously and promptly.

    Wish net does not even bother about their CUSTOMER they only want recharge amount, I complaint for my connection as the internet is disconnected several time a day they generate tckt and they resolve the problem by their own wihout my consent not visiting in my home still problem is there, when i complaint again they are telling we talk to operator & he told its working fine so we resolved, how operator know whats problem is happening in my connection,

    very very pathetic service
    the CUSTOMER CARE executive name -suman he dont even have proper knowldgehow to address the problem and how to talk to CUSTOMER CARE, , ### service.
    if anyone is complaining it should be address properly and reaolved as per its need how can they solve by their own .

      Respected sir,
      This is to inform you that I recharge my internet account on 31st July after 12 am online through your website which I usually do every month. This time the money was deducted from my account but my internet was not reactivated. I spoke with my local distributor of your internet and also spoke with the customer care.
      The lady from the customer care department informed me that no money was received. So she informed me to send and email with the screen shot of my bank transaction which is attached below for your reference with this email.
      Later I paid my local distributor to recharge my internet as I needed for my work.

      My customer ID is 326552

      The transaction code as per my bank statement is: ECOM PUR/Paytm Payment/Mumbai/310723/00:07
      Amount is RS 588.82

      I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to refund my money as soon as possible back to my account.

          I'm facing internet issue since last 4days. I have called customer care many times but no help. They just said it will be resolved soon. Due to this useless broadband connection my official work is getting hampered and no one is really helping me on this.. I must say very worse service by WISHNET BROADBAND.. I will have to leave Wishnet and switch to another broadband if this continues happened.. Need to urgently resolved this issue..

            The company didn't provide service well.
            Whorst service.
            Each & every week i faced loss of signal.
            Some day uts take 1 or 2 days to resolve.

            I pay every month 588 including GST.

            So my daily payment is 19.6 INR.

            After payment all the recharge money u didn't get service well.

            I have work from work for my freelance company.
            But dur to network issue some time i faild to deliver the work & for that i loss may earning.

              Hi wishnet team,

              The complain which I am bringing in your table is very much disappointment.
              Your local service provider "Dream Cable Network" in Rasapunja area is very inactive in phone calls and every days there is some problem with the service (internet not coming).

              As a customer I would like to get help from your local service provider but that's never happened. When the connection gets lost I use to call the consern person Mr. Nanu who is incharge of "Dream Cable Network" several time but he never pick up the phone. If this continues then I will think to get switch to another new service provider.

                Today I tried to recharge my Wishnet broadband Bronze 70 plan through PAYTM GATEWAY. My customer id is - 312186. My money got debited from my account but recharge is not complete due to some server error from your end. Please solve the issue asap.

                  Daily I've faced issue with my internet.. today also I've been facing till 4hrs+ . I call them so many times but always they've said me that they're checking.. 6hrs already passed still no problem solved..

                          It's not just me but most people who took connections from wishnet are suffering from the slow speed and uncertainty of the network it gets down quite often. I get the 70 Mbps plan and it's never that I get at least 55 or 60 Mbps it's always around 10-30 or 40 Mbps and it's frustrating sometimes. The buffering and all bothers a lot.

                            One of the worst services ever. In siliguri area, this internet service provider provides internet and discontinues the service right after midnight 1st the next month. The shamelessness arises from the fact that during the previous month there are many days they fail to provide internet citing work is going on. So my question, if they are strictly following Business Rules why not refund the money per day they failed to provide internet to the customer.

                              Please be informed that inspite of paying the dues in advance I observed that my connected deactivated without any prior information.

                                Money Debited but Recharge Unsuccessful

                                I tried to recharge my monthly Wi-Fi pack twice using the Self Care portal but even though my money was debited from my bank account, the recharge was not done. The customer care executives do not know anything and they will simply shout at the customer. I just want my money back, disgusting service....
