This is my second review. Despite my previous complaint, the customer service remains frustrating and unpleasant. This is why I try to maintain as minimum contact with those people as possible. They appear threatening and unapologetic about their degree of cheapness. With the last issue, they resolved it late.
After resolving they didn't lock the connection and despite my various attempts to persuade them to provide my connection with a password, they didn't. They just simply didn't reply to any of the calls/messages ( Now everyone can use my connection which makes me a little frightened because I don't know what people are using it for)
This month again they created trouble. I don't know if they just trouble me or everyone the same. I was facing a router problem, I called them and asked them to see if anything could be done. They said they would look into it positively but they didn't show up. And ofcourse I wasn't surprised.
I make regular on-date payments. These people are the worst and laziest people I've ever come across. I never met anyone so lethargic about their work that they never do it. But since they do take the payment on time, I can conclusively state that they are complete fraudulent people. Their behavior is cheap, disrespective, and arrogant bastards. Wishnet should maybe consider replacing these lot unless Wishnet itself is just like them. Was this information helpful? |
