Wish Net — Continuous Poor connection Cust no 321789 | |
This to inform that I am facing issues with connectivity for long time. Almost Everyday between 1 pm and 8 pm there are issues where either connection is not there at all or the bandwidth drops significantly which hugely impacts my office work especially conference calls over internet. I took Gold80 plan and it expires in July. I want to officially lodge a complaint as after many call to wish net support team and technical teams visiting my place I can see Wishnet is very very reluctant to permanently solve the issue. I NEED ASSURANCE O[censored]NINTERRUPTED INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. Because of poor service I want to discontinue the contract asap before the contracted period which is 20th Jul 2021. Please raise the disconnection request and let me know the procedures and if I will get any refunds from devices installed during original setup on 23rd March 2021. Was this information helpful? | |
