I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the broadband service that I have been receiving from your company via my cable operator. For the past six months, the connectivity has been very poor and unreliable. The network speed is acceptable when the connection is stable, but it often gets timed out or disconnected multiple times a day.
I have lodged several complaints with your customer care, but the issue has not been resolved permanently. The service quality improves temporarily after each complaint, but soon deteriorates again. I feel that I am not getting the value for the money that I am paying for your service. Your company seems to be indifferent to the problems faced by your customers.
I request you to take immediate action to fix the network issues and provide me with a consistent and reliable broadband service. If the situation does not improve by the end of my current plan, I will have no option but to switch to another operator. I hope you will address my complaint seriously and promptly.
