Wish Net — I am. Complaining about Internet Speed

Hello Sir/ Madam I Rikash Thapa of shivmandir, Sp mukherjee road has a wishnet connection and recently I switched to fibre connection fir better performance fit my exams preparation but what I am getting is too slow sometimes it doesn't work and this occurs whole day it keeps on fluctuating.. Please look out this problem because m using WIHSNET since 4 years so kindly solve my problem's..
