Wish Net — i'm complaining about very bad unprofessional technical support of wishnet

My broadband connection is unreachable. I'm complaining more than 5 times. But they could not make a solution of their unprofessional technical team with in hole day. Even their support team didn't response properly. I think their technical team is very weak or irresponsible.
