Wish Net — lack of initiative to restore internet connection

The cyclone amphan had terrible consequences in our locality, 90, garfa main road, jadavpur, pin : 700075. Since the day of cyclone, all internet connections were cut off. It's been 3 days the internet and cable connection have not been restored. The local service provider is very rude in his behaviour when told about this issue, he says that it will take another 7days for the connections to be restored, making the delay amount to 10 days. Whereas, on personal inspection of the area, we have seen not a single bit of progress that has been made, they utterly lack initiative, and are extremely rude and lazy, based on previous experiences.
