Respected sir,
With due respect, i am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection has been down in the whole area since wednesday 20th may, that is 6 days. We always facing trouble as i am havinng my most of the work is done online and for that, i need a proper internet connection. I requested that if the company don't give any internet facility after expired my package than we want extra 6day to this month.
