Wish Net — network service is very very poor

I am a customer of Wishnet Broadband Internet Service Provider. I have been facing internet connectivity problems on a regular basis. I have been informing the customer care of Wishnet also as been informed to report if there happens to be any sort of problem. whenever I called they just asked me to ping 172.16.0.1 –t and after that, they create one docket for my issue. I face this problem on a regular basis. But as of now, I did not get any permanent solution to my problem.
Never expected this kind of service from fishnet. Such a poor service.
