Worst Customer care executives as they are so much casual on everything. I am facing ping loss issue hence my whole day work are getting hampered as I am working from home. But your team not taking it seriously as well your customer care executive. Imfact the executive's senior also so busy that he cannot pick up the call. I tweeted about the dis satisfaction service from your company.. Really hopeless team.. No escalation team also present in your company. Hopeless.
