[Resolved] Wish Net — poor and late customer service | |||
48 hours and no internet connection. Request time out and destination host unreachable error. Local assistance came to help after 24 hours of getting the ticket number in my registered phone number. That also after calling them and requesting them to take care of the issue. After checking the line the reported that there is a critical issue in the line which can only be taken care by the company. However that can only be done tomorrow because the company's engineers has been deployed to some other area for repair job. Point is why the hell don't you recruit more engineers for better customer service. Please note that you are not doing as a favour by repairing the line. So act professional and step on it.
