[Resolved] Wish Net — poor servicing | |||||
I am using wish net connection more than one year. Last one month’s i am very much disappointed regarding your service. Every day, i noticed that the connection are not available more 6-7 hours with a remarks in the site i. E. "timed out", "host destination unreachable" or "transmission failed general failure". Every time i reported it to your customer care center and they deployed the technicians. On & often they take 3 to 5 hours to attend my complaint and sometimes they have not recorded it in your computer as such i have not got any booking/docket message in my registered mobile. However despite your technician repeated visit, they could find out the fault. Initially they blamed towards my router but when i put the clip of net cord in the back side of my desk top computer in front of them, it shown the same remarks. Now they stopped to utter such type of comment. My question is that why the problem is persisting despite of several visit of your technician. I think nobody is taking the matter seriously or it may be a corporate culture that after getting the monthly as subscription from the customer, you absolve all of your responsibilities towards providing a minimum service to the customer. I again request you, please sort-out the matter immediately otherwise i have no option other than to escalate the matter to the proper forum with my entire correspondence and call log with your personnel time to time.
