Wish Net — Port blocking strict NAT scamming people

I'm using wishnet broadband and i installed it for mainly gaming purpose but now i find out that wishnet has blocked all ports and nat is strict and it is not possible to game on this mode. When i called customer care they asked me to change to business plan for nat open, this is clearly scam!! Why i should change to business plan when i use my broadband in residence? Why they are asking extra money just to open ports? Not a single port is open and asking for business plan while they advertise so much about gaming is complete scam! Was this information helpful? I have been using wishnet for 4yrs now, Recently I called them to enable the port to open. Main purpose was obvisouly multiplayer gaming. But they are asking for a fee. I'm facing similar problem as you brother. Wishnet must do something or I' have to give up this time. Its been 4yrs now I'm quite happy with their services but no If i dont have the basic feature "rights to access the internet freely" then I should better let it go. Can't stay with this issue anymore.
