[Resolved] Wish Net — port blocking, strict nat, extra charges

Been a wishnet user for a long time now, recently i discovered they blocked all ports and as a web developer, streamer and a gamer this means that i can neither host websites nor i can properly game unless i pay extra for it on top of the monthly package im already paying for. Upon contacting wishnet customer support and asking about the issue i was told to contact lco (Local cable operator) and pay extra just to forward necessary ports, this is the first time

Im hearing this and its outrageous because no other isp does this.
If this goes on further i will be forced to seek help from consumer court, they are basically restricting access to internet.

Had to call them a few times but then they asked if I was using a router, so I was and they told me to connect the RJ45 directly to my PC and fire up teamviewer after about 30mins they called back and told me to check if the NAT was still showing strict, to my surprise it was open and solved. Edit 4/12/2018 : NAT Type is strict again, Tried calling them multiple times, every time some women representative took the call and kept telling that they will call back, but still got no calls and the issue is still not solved.

Updated by Arinjay Choudhury And now they wont accept calls, Last person I spoke to was with someone named Ms.Promita, She put the call on hold and then declined the call immediately and now no one picks up the call.
