I don't understand why they have given such a number as their helpline number which they don't even recieve. Moreover the connection reliability is degrading too much. Almost after one day the connection is lost - 'the host destination is unreachable' or 'request timed out'. The local operator explains me they cannot sort out the issue since i have shiftted to online payment.
The reason i have shifted to online payments; the local operator charged around rs. 100 extra each month. I used bronze 30. After adding 18% gst the amount reaches to around 690 but they charged my 790. So i had to shift to the online payment.
