Wish Net — wishnet broadband blocking ports and demanding money for them to be unblocked.

I have been using wishnet broadband services for more than 4 years now. Recently they have started blocking ports and putting the nat type to strict which results in me not being able to use a lot of online services. When i talked to the customer care, instead of solving my problem they asked me to pay extra money in order to unblock ports.
This is ridiculous, no other broadband service use this kind of methods to make customers pay extra for such a basic necessity.
If wishnet does not fix this problem i'll be forced to take it up with the consumer court.

Updated by Shraman Mitra Whenever I've tried calling them about this issue they have hung up on me or asked me to pay extra for unrestricted access to internet.
They won't take responsibility for this.
They just want more money from their consumers.
