Immense mental harassment caused by the incompetency of wishnet and lask of human empathy towards its customers. After the cyclone amphan the entire city of kolkata witnessed loss of connectivity on 20th may, 2020. Now this is something understandable that it would take time for restoration, but it has been 8 days and wishnet has not given any clarity to its customers on the restoration of service. Wishnet is playing blame game and pointing fingers at cese and the state municipality workers for their shortcoming. It has also come to my notice that many other service providers namely - alliance, hathway, siti has already restored connection at most places in kolkata. Whereas wishnet has failed to do the basic - informing customers. Everyday i am being told that it will take additional 4-5 days. To what end shall a consumer be understanding? My professional career is at stake and wishnet has not taken any accountability for its mismanagement and incompetency to resolve things.
I am the sole earner of my family of 4. High speed internet is a basic need and a lifeline for my professional career. Wishnet cannot just get away without consequence.
