Wishing One — defective power bank and bluetooth headset

Blue dart courtier has delivered yesterday 30.11.17 a box containing a local make power bank which was supposed to be of phillips brand and a free blue tooth headset. Both are used one and not working at all. This is case of sheer cheating. I request the supplier to replace them as per my order placed. Moreover, i request blue dart courier service to mention the details of the supplier on the parcel and get the signature of buyer as a mark of acceptance which was not done.
