Wishnet Broadband — poor speed, poor customer service | |||||
Hi, I am a wishnet user for many years now as our local operator wont allow any of the competition to enter our kasba area. The local operators are dacoits, they used to charge 200 bucks extra for cheaper packages claiming that they charge it for service which i hardly get. That is resolved now as i recharge online and hence pay the actual charge for the package. I had persistent speed related issues for which i had complained a number of times. Everytime they asked me to change the cable or install optical fibre to enhance my speed. Recently, i had to install optical fibre as i was working from home and i was promised that my speed will increase. I have recharged a package for 80mbps but am getting a speed of 8mbps. I lodged a complaint but the customer service is pathetic and just gave me a docket number. The issue is not yet resolved. Can you please help me get the service?
