I have bought the broadband service for my office work, as i am working from home in current situation. I have not bought it for entertainment purposes. So the internet connection is very very important for my work. But in a month (If i calculate properly) only 18 days i get internet connectivity and the remaining 12 days there is no connection. Now going to the 18 days - i have a ftth connection of 100 mbps but i only get 30-40 mbps and even sometimes i get 3-4 mbps speed in my 100 mpbs plan. Whenever i call to the customer care they have only one robotic answer that - "we will look into it".
I have paid my money for 30 days, not for 18 days.
So, either refund my money, i will look for another internet provider or give us a permanent solution.
All the wishnet users in my locality is frustrated with the poor service.
