My user name is souravk_ncl. I can not get the internet connection from 3 days from 4th june, 2016. When i have pinged then system is showing "transmit failed. General failure.". I have called the customer care service many time, but different people were telling me that the problem is solving where as at end of the day i have recognized that they are not working properly by their words. I have also called the local operator, he told he did not know about any problem like that. Then i have called again the customer care, they told they have nothing to do and behave very badly and told to mail for the problem and cut the phone through out the conversation. Customer care also told me that they have not time for listening my problem. From 2 days they are also sending me a sms where they have written "problem is solved" whether the problem is still existing. I also have told them that from 2 days. But they said it was their system problem, they will look into this matter. But they also did not do this. Please look into this matter and please solve this problem as soon as possible.
