Wishnet bradband is charging 472/- per month i. E. 30 days and providing the service for 20-22 days every month and rest of the days remains without internet. The service of the company is very poor. Every month the internet provider is earning 80/- to 125/- without giving internet service. Most worst internet service provider in kolkata. They are cheating the customer. This is going on for the last 1 year and they don't have any solution for this problem. They only take complain and gives a token no. And then foget it forever. I have incurred a hefty loss of finance for non complition of my job work due to their inability of providing regular internet service. This current month i am without internet service from 13.05.2019 till date. The behaviour of the wishnet staff is very rude and unprofessional. I would request you to take neccessary action againt the wishnet internet service.
