Its going to be the first month for me and experienced a heavy unsatisfactory result by using wishnet. In a week i need to call us the customer care[protected] for more than 3-4 times every different days. I don't know where the call actually gets connected, but where ever it gets connected they are just, whatever you ask to them they just gonna tell you that they cannot provide personal information. WTF.
When ever I wanted to get a complain number from them for my complains they just say that you will get a call from high technician and they will give you a complain number, and god knows when the call will come. Whenever the issue doesn't get resolve they say that there is a problem from your cable operators end, and when i ask my cable operator about the issue and all they say that there is server problem from wishnet end. Again WTF, you just gonna rome around with the answers from both the end. Even after this I don't think so that my sentences will make and changes to the companies services, and someone will take some actions towrds it. It just we the people who suffers.
