Wishnet Pvt. Ltd. — Defficiency in Service | |||
I am the customer of Wishnet for last more than 15 years through their local service provider M/s. Worldview Telecom, Recently their service were interrupted since 20th May 2020 due to Amfun and though from 23rd May on wards CESC, KMC confirmed that 99% of the service is normal and your local support Worldview Telecom also confirmed that they had restored 100% of affected lines and only awaiting connectivity from wishnet, we continued suffer "no connectivity " from them. This not only resulted a great loss due to lack of communication, I was not able to take part in any of the on-line meeting and operations which were very important and crucial especially during this lock down period. When we pay in advance for the availing their service of providing connectivity and bandwidth and I recall even for a delay in recharge by an hour my service was withdrawn in the month of April 2020 during this lock down, especially when the local service provider collect payment only after submitting invoice mostly after renewal . Now there were no indication either from Wishnet or the worldview telecom about when the connectivity will be restored. During my regular check up it is only on 5th June 2020, I find the connectivity was restored. Then on 9th June 2020 I had requested M/s. Wishnet, without prejudice my rights to proceed accordingly, to kindly compensate this period of inactivity by extending the validity by the number of days of inactivity as to make up their deficiency in service . In this regard, I also tried to contact Wishnet through their Toll free customer care number many a times in vain. They also had not provided any email id at their website hence this complaint was uploaded through their facebook port with a request to kindly communicate per return as the the payment period of service is valid till next day. I regret to inform that till date there were no reply neither from M/s. Wishnet Pvt. Ltd nor from M/s Worldview Telecom in this regard. Meantime on 11th June, we credited the a/c of M/s. Worldview Telecom as advised by them to avoid disconnection of connectivity/ service from them. I would be grateful of your kind intervention for the end of justice to my appeal.
