"wishnet" the most worst internet service provider. The local operator in our area (Ramchandrapur - kolkata) is more worthless. The service provider is charging 472/- for 30 days unlimited internet and where i am getting the internet service for only 22 - 24 days. The service provider block the connection as soon as the scheduled 30 days are over without adjusting those days of without internet. I am suffering for the last 2 years with their cheating habits and non-cooperation. As i have lots of job works which requires internet service regularly but every month due to their internet cutout i have to face a hefty financial loss, and so to complete my job work i have to pay extra at cyber cafe.
It is really unprofessional attitude from "wishnet" and harrassing the customer is their regular habit. Every month i book complaint at wishnet and in return they simply provide me complaint booking ticket and their duty is over as they are favouring me. This month i am without internet from 13.05.2019 till date. I booked complaint 3 times and the till date the problem is not solved. I demand a compensation from the wishnet and resolve my internet service at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
