I Edwin Anthony Palliparambil (Emp id - 202186) was previously employed with WNS, Tower 1, Magarpatta, Pune. Post my tenure with WNS (12th Oct 2015), I had applied for my PF amount disbursement in Aug 2019, the request was processed further and got approved. However, the amount didn't get credited in my account as I accidently put a wrong account number.
It's been over a year since I had submitted the re-issue application along with cancelled cheque at WNS Tower 1 Magarpatta Pune which is to duly attested by employer and submitted to the PF office to re-issue the PF amount but still I haven't received the PF amount because I think the application has not been submitted to the PF office.
I would be highly obliged, if you could help me in this case at the earliest.

Mr. Shubham Ramnath Satbhai an employer working in WNS IT park, Indira Nagar Nashik Branch whose Mother found covid test positive and confirmed on 18/03/2021 as a positive patient in our residential society namely " SAI LEELA APARTMENT"; DEEPALI NAGAR, NASHIK

But your employer Mr. Shubham Ramnath Satbhai was is close contact with her mother is exposed with these close contact with positive patient is openly working in your organisation. As our MC ( municipal corporation) & Health dept. had advised to get quarantined or self isolated for 14 days. But still these employee found close contact with covid patient working in your campus which affect at work place hazards.

So you are advised to get alert and give a consultant to your such employees which can minimize your risk among co-working who is in close contact with him. And your employee should be alert not to break laws/ HR policy

Iam writing because I was feeling overwhelmed facts of such person who might be self-isolated in covid 19 pandemic condition as it would threaten to company working place and also our society. These is the crucial time as virus is spreading at faster compared to last time.

And behaviour of Mr. SHUBHAM SATBHAI is also undisciplined same in our society, as he is been close contact with covid patient is roaming/traveling in our public campus/ society which can get ourselves risk in our society

You are requested brief exposure about Covid to your employee which not breach Company rules/ policy and dis continue to home isolation until Mr. Shubham Satbhai family gets recovered with Doctors advised report note for returning to work. And company should be Strict about Covid 19 pandemic condition to there employee who breach the company rules and take disciplinary action.

Pan card and bank details are already updated and verifed on the portal. Adhaar card details are pending to be approved by efpo office which will be updated in few days.

Have been chasing for a long time as last working day was 02.06.20, l and still not processed.
Had submitted IT assets to the ops manager couple of days prior to the last working date in hope this will be sorted soon as require the Releiving along with full and final urgently.
Contacted Exit team on multiple occasions since then and they only say awaiting confirmation from IT when ops manager has sent several emails confirming assets have been submitted. Please look into this as URGENT

Some team leaders act extremely unprofessionally and staff consume drugs during work hours.

I worked there from 22 Aug 2019 till 16 June 2020. Due to lockdown and my physical disability I requested them for leave to come back to my hometown. They said it will be leave without pay. I agreed. Them after only 10 days company HR asked me to come back to Pune. However due to lockdown transport was not available or was too costly. I said if it's ok I would like to resign and rejoin in the future. HR was ok with it. But no one informed me that my LWP will come due in my full and final settlement which is RS.-3772 which I need to pay in order to get my experience letter. However no one told me about this and now they want me to pay the amount. Please help me to get my experience letter or my 9 months work with company will go down the drain.

In the last days in nashik location, in order to remove the workers from the company in the fep-west process, the team leader, grp manager and hr head in the procces all made changes in the procces audit and showed less quality of the workers. When we noticed all this, we informed the higher management by mail and then they inquired and removed 1 team leader and 1 grp manager. But we told all this to higher management.
Therefore, our arvind kulkarni and milind ghule sir are deliberately preparing a report and transferring us from nashik to vizag to remove the company. However, our request is to get justice by stopping our transfer.

We have been working honestly in the company for 10-15 years and we have not been paid for 3 months of our lockdown period by deliberately transferring us to vizag. So we are facing a time of starvation.
