Some team leaders act extremely unprofessionally and staff consume drugs during work hours.

I worked there from 22 Aug 2019 till 16 June 2020. Due to lockdown and my physical disability I requested them for leave to come back to my hometown. They said it will be leave without pay. I agreed. Them after only 10 days company HR asked me to come back to Pune. However due to lockdown transport was not available or was too costly. I said if it's ok I would like to resign and rejoin in the future. HR was ok with it. But no one informed me that my LWP will come due in my full and final settlement which is RS.-3772 which I need to pay in order to get my experience letter. However no one told me about this and now they want me to pay the amount. Please help me to get my experience letter or my 9 months work with company will go down the drain.

In the last days in nashik location, in order to remove the workers from the company in the fep-west process, the team leader, grp manager and hr head in the procces all made changes in the procces audit and showed less quality of the workers. When we noticed all this, we informed the higher management by mail and then they inquired and removed 1 team leader and 1 grp manager. But we told all this to higher management.
Therefore, our arvind kulkarni and milind ghule sir are deliberately preparing a report and transferring us from nashik to vizag to remove the company. However, our request is to get justice by stopping our transfer.

We have been working honestly in the company for 10-15 years and we have not been paid for 3 months of our lockdown period by deliberately transferring us to vizag. So we are facing a time of starvation.

As per my understanding, any company has no right to keep PF of their employee after resignation or abscond or in any case with them, If employees demand it, the company has to offer him as per his contribution.
I have requested to Transfer my PF which is lying with WNS however they are rejecting, however, I am unable to understand the reasons....

I was employed with the airoli branch of and my process was expedia. My i'd number 332471 i requested them please handover my salary as i am running a tough time. But still from the hr side they told sorry we cannot provide you the salary and also inform your are in a suspension mode. Both amit sharma (Vhr) and poonam pancholi (Training manager wns airoli). Hi, i am irshad ali i have many times for interview in wns for travel process. But there hr recruiter dont complete interview while 3 hours out there. And they say will call you tomorrow but never i received the call from hr. Like this i have tried alteast 5 times but not conducted my interview completely. I think hr recruiter are fake conducting for time pass. They waste times of candidate by making seat out there, i have truely got irritated by there work policy, i will never ever think to work with this third class company means very cheap. Hi, my name is alazade rose i was an employer at wns global services sa century city. I was dismissed on the 10th january 2019 for being awol i contacted my tl and operational manager to keep them updated on my medical situation not knowning myself what was wrong with me. I asked about my december salary as i received a payslip but no salary and no response this was over the christmas and new year i became withdrawn and depress making muly medical conditions even worse almost driving me to suicide. O. The 31st january 2019 i was contacted by hr to ask my "reason for leaving" i then said i never left i was dismissed but they mentioned that the system shows i resigned on the 22nd january 2019 and i was told that it would be investigated and they would contact me, i'm still waiting. 1. The lot of work pressure with manager harreasment.
2. Ot is compulsory 12-13 hrs.
3. As they want hired and terminate without any notice. Means daily more peoples are terminate than hiring to show the big employment.
4. Group manager pradip gaikwad has a good knowledge but it's behavior is very disappointing with male staff and erotic and abusive with female staff...

On december 2, 2019 around 11 am at 5th floor pantry of technoplaza 2 wns the incident happened. The food they served has cockroach in it, i was about to finish my meal when i saw the cockroach in my food.. : (I hope you can take further action about this, since as wns employee and everyone o[censored]s deserves to have clean meal. Sir i have applied for pf and my adhaar is pending since 10 days and m stuck in some medical emergency i am continually calling pune team to approve it once they said that person who approves is not in office today when i called he called that person who approves is in cafeteria.. I and site is working slow. I is this my problem site is working slow i told them that my daughter is not well and she is admitted. I thwy said we cant do any thing.
