I had a cashless surgery and had deposited the amount and now I'm still waiting for someone to contact me for refund.. I have tried calling but cashless department are so lazy or what I don't know - no one answers the call regardless of repeated call made.. if I contact Normal customer care then they say to call them again or I'm transferring and no one answers the call still. What kind of service is this . I love the stay at hospital because all nurse taking care of me were all too understanding and kind but this is not acceptable..
