I purchased your product - wonderchef nutri-blend kitchen machine (Ckm) with 3 jars on 22/07/2020 with invoice no.in-del[protected] from amazon.in vide, order number[protected], and its been hardly 40 days and i am facing lots of issues with the product like leakage and breaking of rubber seal in jars. Previously also within 20 days after purchasing this product i had faced the same issue and had to make a complaint which was resolved by your side but again the today i am facing such issues. Today morning i had a conversation with your customer care representative regarding the same and request then to replace my product imminently. My service call has been registered to vide up [protected] and this time i don't need any technical support. This time i need a replacement for my product.

I m very disappointed with the quality of this product and the customer support. I m attaching photos as a proof for your reference.

Please look into this matter asap.

Dear team i purchased 1 wonderche[censored]ltima 3 burner gas stove on[protected] but now its 1 burner is not working

It 5 days since my order is placed and the tracking of delhivery shows order waiting for pick up from 19-aug -20!!

What sort of service is this?

What sort of delivery vendors do you use

And there is no update or any info from you whatsoever ever!!

After opening the package, short jar was found jam upon the motor and not removable.

I bought the kettle on 31/12/2019 and it's not working anymore .. it's still in warranty. I want wonderchef to look at this matter .

Ordered blender on July 1st 20, in wonderchef website. they are not shipping even after repeated calls.. waited for a month and initiated refund.. almost 3 weeks now.. refund not given...no response to calls or emails.. never had the bad experience in any other brands or website before..

After many complaint no company representative are coming home to detect problem and rectified. Average 30 min in time to waiting time talk customer care mobile no. Very poor customer service. Please help.

Its almost 2months now i had ordered prato juicer and royal olive set.
Juicer was faulty and one piece of royal set was faulty and ine piece was incorrect. After chasing sending mails contacting everyday no response from customer service. Have never seen such pathetic customer service where 2months and no response and no seniors ready to call back.
After tweeting got juicer changed and only faulty piece got changed but incorrect piece is still therr and exchange products are also lying with me.
Changed juicer still not working, when tried carrot juice it was not working n all carrots getting stuck even if i clean multiple times it was not working.
After tweeting got respnse technician wil come in 4-5days however noone came no msg no phone call.
We are frustrated like anything as we are wasting our time and effort along with our money. I want my money back and happy to give all pathetic products back.

I purchased wonderchef orchid set (3 pieces) from their website for gifting purpose and i received the defected piece the wok was dented and defected, after raising several complaints, emails & calls they sent me another wok which i received after 3 weeks and unfortunately, the replacement piece has again defected. Shared images product videos to wonderchef/ posted on their insta page but no action has been taken.
I want my money back as i do not want to use their products. It bough for gifting purpose which is couldn't.

Product purchased from wonderchef official website on 6/jul/2020.
Delivery received on 12/jul/2020.
After 2 uses on 3rd day, the product base which is made of grinding stone developed a large crack without any mishandling or negligence from my end.
Called up wonderchef customer care on 16/jul/2020 and registered my complaint with saloni and she stated someone from their team would contact me in couple of days and visit to fix / replace as appropriate.
No one called, hence i called back to wonderchef customercare on 20/jul/2020 and spoke with meghna who gave me complaint number ma[protected] and said someone would contact shortly. Waited for 10 days and since no one called back i called again to wonderchef customercare on 30/jul/2020 and spoke with nilesh who gave me a number for shiva choudhary who runs the service center where ticket is assigned. I tried calling the number daily but no one was responding on this number. Hence i again called wonderchef customercare for 4th time on 3/aug/2020 and spoke with meghla who said she has escalated the case and will ensure someone will attend shortly.

A royal velvet set and a grill pan were ordered together from wonderchefs website on 17th june.
Received an incomplete order on 27th june - the grill pan worth rupees 2000 was not delivered.

We registered a complaint on the wonderchef website for the same.

We were contacted by wonderchef customer care executive - vaishali chawda who asked us to send the required details on 1st july, we sent the details but no response was received from wonderchef.

We were contacted by wonderchef again, after 19 days of no response on 20th july by customer care executive noor khan who asked for the same details we had already shared on 1st july. We shared the details again but received no response.

It has been almost a month since registering a complaint on the wonderchef website and the issue has still not been resolved.

I thought otg before 2 months from pratibha sanghvi, nashik. Now my otg is not working

I want to file a complaint against the wonderchef nutriblender as it is not working properly the blade has loosen and while working it unlocks itself and stops working.

I have purchased WONDERCHEF REVO STAND MIXER on 20/06/2020 but observed
within a month of its purchase the blender has stopped working we even tried to contact the helpline they will not respond or either won't liftup the phone

Respected wonderchef team this is to inform you that my complaint no.- [dl[protected]]. I had purchased a wonderchef celia deep wok purchase 12th jun one month ago but due to some defect, the cookware was broke down. I call your service center 5 times in a day no one responding and no action for my complaint. Request you to take strict action towards its repair as it's under warranty. I have experienced the worst service from wonderchef this kind of after-sale service is not acceptable from a reputed company like wonderchef. Now i am sad about the bad quality of wonder chef products which belong to me sanjeev kapoor i would request you to arrange for a replacement or kindly send someone to get it repaired as it is under warranty. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it. I ordered Oil Dispenser from Wonderchef website (ORDER WDCN184391) on May 29th 2020. Neither I have received the product nor the amount refunded until today. I have called customer care so many times, emailed them but there was no proper update until today. Please return the money or deliver the item ASAP.

I has brought Wonderchef orchid set from Wonderchef site. it is received on 5-July-2020. but it has Manufacture defect as kadhai is not in Round shape.

I ordered cookware in Wonderchef website on May 12th 2020. Neither I have received the product nor the amount refunded until today. I have called customer care so many times, emailed them, pinged in WhatsApp, Facebook messenger but there was no proper update until today. I paid rs 2865 /- for the product. Customer care behaving very irresponsible.

I purchased wonderchef nutriblend mixer. After 6 months machine stopped working. Product is still under warranty as it has 2 year warranty. I have been writing them emails for warranty but they are not doing anything neither sending any engineer.
