My Wonderchef Nutri-Blend is Not Working Properly

I have ordered 4 products cost rs 2088 (Order# wdcn185864) from wondershef on 1 st june and it's already 15 days thay didn't ship the order and once i call them everytime they tell it will ship in 2 days but it never did once i ask them to cancel the order and refund the paid amount they cut my call everytime and never responded back so it's a fraud company i request you to take action against them and do the needful...

This is regarding my order no. Wdcn165715
The non stick coating has come off from both the products. Followed all the instructions, used wooden spatula for cooking and sponge for cleaning.

Its not been even 3 months!
Lodged complaint on whatsapp & instagram. Am still awaiting an update.

I hv placed an order no wdcn179724 on 9th may. It's a prepaid order. I hv made umteen phone calls and emails. But there is no response from the customer support. Please help. The airway bill no. Is[protected]. It shows nt picked.

I have bought a wonderchef blender and mixer from flipkart and as per the company agreement it has 2 years of product warranty.
Recently, i have some issue with the product and i called wonderchef customer care for support and raised a compplain for the same and was ensured that technician will visit my address in next 24-48 hrs but it has been a week and i have not received any update.
It has been a very terrible experience so far in terms of product quality and customer support from wonderschef.
Below are the the details of the product:

I am not sure why the flipkart allows such irresponsible companies to sell their products on their website as i trusted on flipkart and ordered this product so i am raising this complaint for flipkart as well as wonderchef as well.
Can someone help me out with some resolution.

We had ordered on wonderchef website but website showed product as sold out. Amount got debited, no order confirmation. Now company is not accepting return citing company policy.

I haven’t received my product yet.
And now has faked signature on the deliver receipt, wonderchef and their delivery partner are no longer acknowledging and refunding my amount. Need immediate intervention and my refund.

I have plugged in and switched on for running the machine, but the motor didn't run.
i just used it on 9th of may 2019 on that day it was working properly. Today its 11th may 2019.
I bought thie product through amazon on 30th march 2018.

I have purchased Wonderchef 5 set cookware and within 2 months the inside coating has damaged. So I kindly request you to authorize a replacement for it and issue a new pan for that as it is within the warranty period.

Both the wet grinder base and the dry grinder base have cracked within 6 months of purchase.
appears to be of inferior quality.

let me know what needs to be done for replacement of defective ones

We had purchased wonderchef's nutriblend product for our day to day use, but it just stopped working only after a month. Now even after registering a complaint for the same on the (22nd-feb-2020), for which the company representative told us that technician would reach out to us with in 4 hours and will be at our service in 24 hours from the time of complaint registration.

Its the 3rd day no technician has contacted us or has come to our place to correct the mixer.

Note - we have reached out to customer care several times in between for the clarification on the same everytime they tell us the issue has been escalated and someone will be there to rectify it but nothing has happened so far.

I have purchased wonderchef turbo duo online from your site for rs 887.45 which i don’t receive yet.
But my complaint is my local seller is selling the same product for rs 780.00
My issue is why should i pay more money and time for the same product?
If my local seller is cheaper than the manufacturer then i would prefer to buy local.

I have purchased wonderchef cooker around a month back
The handle broke on the 1 at use. It’s been 20 days i have filed a request for repair but there is no response. Is this the right way to attend the customer after selling the product there is no care. Kindly look into the matter n sort out the issue as soon as possible

I brought a new wonderchef nutri blender on 17/11/2019 and it broke down the next day, i raised a complaint on 19/11/2019, (Complaint no. - ts[protected]) but there was no action taken from wonderchef even after multiple follow-ups. They promised me to provide the service within 48 hours, but now 4 days have passed and no one contacted me regarding the issue.

I have been filing complaint for my mixer grinder for past 2 weeks.My mixer has been is stuck with some paste inside it which has been rotten now just because of no technician has been assigned till now. Everytime I call the customer care they say they will assign someone maximum by today but still nobody has been assigned.Kindly do something about it or else I will file a legal complaint against your company.

Horrible post sake service. I have been asking for the closing unit for the wonderchef juicer but no body cares... Very rude customer service. Wonderchef sucks...

I have a email of long follow up. They suppose to send a set juicer compartment and closing unit. Buy i received only the juicer compartment. They are asking to pay for closing unit which i am ready but no body is assisting what is the price, how to pay etc...

I will never ever buy these kind of cheating products again.
