Written so many complaints, but you'l are not bothered to respond

I would like to bring to your notice that a few months ago, i had bought a mixer cum grinder online. And i received the same in few days, so again, i ordered the same as a big jar was included, i placed the order on 14th to gift it to someone, but till 25th i had no response, and the people whom i wanted to give it to have left for abroad, so i have cancelled the order, and only today a courier person called and said there is a courier for you, so i told him that i had cancelled the ordered. From 26 till date, i have been writing to '[protected]@wonderchef.in', to refund the same, but no one is bothered to respond to the mail. I have written several mails, but there is no response. I request you to please intervene for refund of the same.

I have purchased wonder chef mixer grinder from flipkart and which has 5 years warranty on the product as there is no service centre in hyderabad cannot replace the product. Has raised multiple request to the company but there is no revert back from the company attaching the invoice and the mail send to the company request you to intervene in this and provide an resolution.

I placed an order on 16th july 2017... I haven't received any confirmation email as to wen the product will be delivered to me.. I even tried contacting u thru your facebook page... But i haven't got any response... Since i'm in urgent need of the product request u to send me an email confirming when the product will be delivered and arrange it's delivery quickly.

I bought a nutri blend last year from pune. It has a warranty for 2 years... The nutri blend is not working as its machine is getting overheated and stops to work. I am trying customer care number from last so many days.. But no response. The phone always in engaged mode. It's really sorry to communicate you that such a big and reputed company has the poorest service that they are not even listening to their customers. Will you respond?

I am really hurt by mr. Sanjeev kapoor who has been publicizing about wonderchef blender on his channel foodfood. The quality of the jarheads is so poor that the two years warranty makes no sense. They broke within 8-9 months of the purchase. Also, when a complaint was made to the customer care, they told that it is due to poor handling and not due to the product quality. The customer is forced to purchase a new jar head due to this reason.
It must be mentioned that as a housewife i have been using grinder for the past 15 years without any mishandling of the same.
I request wonderchef to replace my jar heads immediately and start working on improving the quality of its product rather than blaming the customers.

Sir i received nutriblend order no. 3006782 usha dhimar 403 nilanjan complex navsari gujarat. Along with nutriblend i received gift voucher 500/rs. Bt i didn't receive free chopper worth rs.. 700. I regret for that. I paid 3198 for nutriblen purple coulor

Whenever I run nutriblend it gives burning smell since beginning ...
I have bought wonder chef from an agent, in June 2016, After 2 months usage the big jar base started leaking. Both the jars are leaking within short usage duration. No spare jars available and after so many calls, the service available.
The service man came to visit and said that plastic is not covered in warranty. Where again I had paid for the blade component. But after some days use now it's in the store room. This is worst product, which is being sold on Sanjeev Kapoor's name. I am great fan of Sanjeev Kapoor but Worst product you guys are promoting on Sanjeev Kapoor's name...its spoiling Sanjeev Kapoor's reputation and popularity as without maintaining the quality of product and customer service. I will never buy Wonderchef product ever. Such a waste of money on foolish and fraud people & fraud company. The company has to look into the quality of the product.Please take an action against it. I want my money back.

Placed order from wonderchef website on june 4th 2017and paid full amount. Order #wdc[protected] dated june 4, 2017. On 5th june shipment mail with tracking number was sent. As per tracking id as on date the item has not been received by delhivery yet. When even after 48 hrs i could not see any update on status (Consignment menifested) i spoke to customer care of wonderchef on 8th june... The lady claimed it has been dispatched. Some firoz ansari from wonderchef too sent me mail claiming it has been dispatched and again given the same tracking no. But on my query on 9th june delhivery sent mail that they have not received the consignment from merchant so i should contact merchant. The mail from delhivery forwarded to wonderchef which not yet replied.

My nutri blend blades damage within a month.. I have mailed and called so many time.. Finally one machenice came and instead of checking he start arguing with my wife regarding bill my wife showed him the text and mail which we got at the time of purchase.. And he run away... And no action taken by company so please repair our product which is under in warranty otherwise refund our money.

I have puchased a wonderchef nutri blend few months ago. But now it us not working. There is some problem in the working of its machinery. Please see to it and helo me how could i resolve my problem and can replace my product. Your customer care number iis also not in working condition. I have send you a video regarding this. Please see to it and resolve it.. So that i can purchase your product....

No action has been taken for my complaint.A very cheap service provided by wonderchef representatives. Mr. Milind alone had assured me for sending technician within 2-3 days several times since February but still no technician came on visit.I want to attach call log I contacted from my side through attachment.

I purchased nutriblend 400w from amazon somewhere in january 2017. Only after a month when i tried to blend green cardamon with figs the motor smoked and stopped. The small jar's rubber grip no more working. After a week when i was making lassi with ice cubes, the motor stopped. When i checked the motor's grip and big jar's grip both were gone.

They are saying 2years of warranty, it has no use. They are not responding back to their customer care email and the phone number have continuous waiting time. No matter at what time i contact them and how long i stay on the phone, they are always busy. Not sure where?

Overall, i think they are making really cheap quality products.

Never going to buy again and never going to recommend to my friend circle.

The lid glass just cracks up after use when kept on the base for cooling. N coating of inside plate just goes. Unacceptable as have used it before n second time this happens with two tandoor lids in family. Had bought 5 pcs from a local dealer n first they made me pay for the lids glass replacement n now again??? I think it has manufacturing defect.

I had registered complaint on 12.02.16 inspite of regular talk no action has been taken. No technician came on visit. Regular talk with milind, pushpa, Vijay and so many attendant they said within 2-3 days it will be resolved. But all did nothing. I am harassed with your attendant. I have purchased wonderchef diva essential set, it was purchased on 12/03/17 from @home store in Ahmedabad city (store located on S.G.Highway).

The product is under warranty for coating (2 year warranty), but now i have experienced a crack on the coating inside the pan, inspite o[censored]sing wooden / silicon spoon for cooking use

I did complained in the store but in vain not attended properly.

i request replacement.

Its been a week now 16th april but my order is still not delivered.
I have to gift it to my mom on her b'day and a weeding gift for my friend.

Very poor delivery by wonderchef.
I even called them 30 times. But there contact number is always busy.

I have purchased the Wonderchef Burlington set last September and have been using the wok for the past 3 months. On continuous usage i found that the four layer coating said to be was chipping off slowly. If i kept using it i would know that the coating will get removed and mixed with the food while cooking. So i had spoken to the customer care team and also sent a mail. They had asked me to send the pictures of the product which i sent. After a week or so they replied saying that they would replace the wok.
But when i got the replacement i found that a defective piece has been sent to me. The shape of the wok was slightly bent not round and the bottom was not flat. It was bulging. So i sent an email and also tried calling up and resolving the issue but there is no proper response in this regard.
This kind of a replacement with a defective product is highly condemned.

Sir. I bought a wonderchef nutriblend mixer through amazon before 7 to 8 months but unfortunately in first use itself small jar stopped working from below. What i meant is small jar is not working from inside due to technical problem. At present i have no documents as i thought that wonderchef products will not be defective which my over confidence in wonderchef products made me throw away the invoice. We had ordered a Wok and Frying Pan of Granite Set from Wonderchef via Order Ref: SO/CPO/1517/2202575 Dated 22-02-17. Both the products were received in a damaged condition and a complaint was made by calling customer care and sending mail(ENQ/280217/81). Received response saying reverse pick up will be arranged in 3 - 4 days and replacement in 7 days. However even after 1.5 months even the reverse pick up has not been arranged. Every time we call the customer care a false promise is made about dispatching the product and there is no response to mails even after sending 6 reminders so far. We are feeling cheated and harassed by this behavior of Wonderchef company. There customer care is most unprofessional and unsatisfactory and we want to resolve this issue at the earliest failing which I will register the complaint in consumer court.
