I bought Wonderchef Mixer Grinder 2 months back on 19th March through Amazon. Mixer stopped working from 28th April and complain to Wonderchef CC was logged on the same day.

Technician visited home and informed that the "POWER CABLE" is out of order and needs replacement. Since last 2 weeks, I am waiting for the Power cable replacement.
Wonderchef Home Appliances customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I just bought a mixer 3 month ago.Hardly it runs 1 month and it’s motor get exhaust.When I complain to customer care they took away and give back to me in 2.5 month.I Cant understood for repair a motor they took 2.5 month.Such a bad experience

        I ordered Ruby black 3 burner Glass Cooktop from Treasure Retail Pvt Ltd on 9 April 2022 through wonderchef website. The product delivery keeps delaying with new dates every day. There is noone to speak with regarding status. WhatsApp Chatboat is not responding. No contact details of delivery partner provided.
        I want to cancel my order and get refund my money.

          Complain #WB[protected] logged on Mar 28th is still open. No technician visited my residence to check the appliance, but I got a sms that a spare part is required and order is placed on Mar 30th.
          Wonder how talented are the technician appointed by Mr Sanjeev Kapoor that they can understand the problem even without checking the device.

          Still waiting for anyone to visit physically to check the device, and the spare part is yet not received by them from the company after 2 weeks.

            I bought wonderchef nutri blend on 07may2021.

            While purchasing the product it was mentioned the warranty is 2yr but when I claiming it for one of the jar blades which is not working, they are saying it was only applicable for 6 months .

            Which you see is not mentioned anywhere while I have purchased this product ..

            So request you to look into this as this is a fake advertisement for attracting customer.

                    My wife purchased wonder chef nutri blend and when the product was delivered it was 110 v and 60hz frequency product which we cannot use in india. Due to covid we checked the product after 7-8 days. Immediately complaint has been registered and till now no action takes after several correspondence. Being a product with a face of chef Sanjeev Kapoor if you people are cheating people and after sales you will not support your consumer then kindly write that also on your website. Hope senior staff Will take action immediately

                      Soupmaker not working as it should

                      I bought a wonderchef soup maker in May. In dec it was no longer grinding the veg like it was doing at the start. I hv been complaining about it to their customer care team since dec 13th! We hv raised at least 8 complaints. They just close the complaint and the technician Mr Shivananda does not respond to the calls. They do not connect us to a customer service manager because they are always in meetings. Just totally a shame the way they...

                      Hi,
                      I bought wonderchef Granite 3 piece set in July or august from India and in October I started using it on induction as it is induction safe and these three are non stitch items. Within a month it coting removed. Now it is useless for me. As now I m in Uk so I m not sure how can I replace it and where. Please help me as it is under warranty period . I am also using another brands non stick items and they are working well but wonderchef item are complete wastage of money . Please resolve this query asap

                        I stay in Jaipur. Its been more than a month now since i bought Nigella 2 ltr pressure cooker. When the product came while i was trying the pressure cooker the lid got stuck. I raised a complaint and after calling many times agent came after 7-8 days he opened the lid with some wire like instrument. I told him please return the product as i wont be able to use this as lid is too tight to use. He told u raise return request to CC. Soon he went i again tried to close the lid and again lid got stuck since then i have been calling CC have written mails but no action has been taken yet. If it was Amazon or Flipkart the product would have been returned without giving any trouble. I never expected such a big company’s CC is so poor and customer gets stuck after buying product. My complaint id is - RJ[protected].
                        I am a bone cancer patient i dont have strength in hands to use such hard lids. I am so much repenting after buying. I just hope my issue is resolved after writing here.

                          Hello Team,

                          I am Shalini Singh living in Paris, 4 months ago I went to India and I bought Grinder and blender from you because I heared the that wonderchef is a trustworthy brand but I am completely disappointed, because of trust I did not open the product in Delhi and I come back to Paris then I open it it was leaking one smoothie jar with one blender lid after that i tried with all lid it was leaking then I thought i can let it go atleat I have blender and grinder jar to use, then it was just 4 months to bought and I rarely use it then suddenly yesterday I used then the while to grinding the bottom part of grinder craked and before sometimes it leaked but that was also ignored, Unfortunnetly my ignorence cost me a lot and it broke my trust on wonderchef as well.

                            The hand blender was being used in the usual kitchen chores, while blending only it stopped all of sudden mid way. Immediately on restarting the blender there was some strange and loud sound from it and since that moment, the blender has failed to operate.
                            We have been complaining about the issue since 15 November with wonderchef over calls, however no prompt action has been taken so far.
                            Without further delay and trouble to it's client, request an immediate repair of the hand blender.

                                After following up for a month on the customer care no, I got the contact no. of the service centre. Then after a few weeks the person came and took the part of my soup maker for replacement. It's been more than a month. The service centre has been closed. I contacted Mr. Makrand WR service co -ordinator . He assured to help but no revert from him as well. If you cannot render post sales service, then please do not sell the products. I bought the product in March, 21 . The problem began after four months. I have not been able to use it for the last three months.

                                  Address: I am located in Mumbai but it is an online order

                                  I had purchased 2 units of Wonderchef Turbo Chopper (with dough kneader attachment) product via online order no. WDCN347613 from the Wonderchef website on 27.10.2021. Full payment was also done online for both the units. However, only one unit was delivered to me on 29.10.2021.

                                  I raised a complaint with Wonderchef Customer Care about the issue on 30.10.2021 using the "Contact Us" option on their website (to send email to [protected]@wonderchef.in) as well as by calling their Customer Care number [protected]. Complaint ticket no. [protected] was assigned to my complaint. All the details required by their Customer Care executive such as invoice copy, photo of delivered product, etc. were also shared by me on the same day & Wonderchef was requested to deliver the 2nd unit as per my order.

                                  It has now been 2 weeks since I registered the complaint. However, I have not even received any concrete status update on my complaint from Wonderchef. All their email communication responses have repeatedly given only false / empty assurances of providing status update within 24 / 48 hours. When I call their Customer Care numbers ([protected] / [protected]), they do not seem to be having any background of my issue & I have to explain the problem from scratch during each call. Further, even after explaining the problem repeatedly (on 30.10.2021, 01.11.2021, 09.11.2021 & 12.11.2021), the customer care executives have also given empty assurances of providing status update at the earliest. During the call on 09.11.2021, I escalated the matter to their Customer Care team leader, Mr. Deepak, who promised to personally look into the matter & update me in 1 - 2 days. The actual status update, though has not yet been given (despite another follow-up from me on 12.11.2021).

                                  In my humble opinion, I feel that not getting any concrete status update on my complaint even after two weeks (a duration which could qualify as a reasonable time to expect full resolution of the problem), is an extremely serious matter. Hence, I am escalating the matter by lodging complaint against Wonderchef on this consumer complaints forum. Details of my order, delivered product, timeline of the issue & communication with Wonderchef are attached herewith for reference.

                                  Since, only one unit of Wonderchef Turbo Chopper (with dough kneader attachment) has been delivered to me against the two units booked & fully paid for in my order, I would request Wonderchef to arrange for delivery of the second unit or provide me full refund of the price of the second unit (Rs. 1199/-) at the earliest.

                                    I had purchased the product nutri blend 400w 22000 rpm on 26th September via NEFT reference id M61337. Its more then 45 days and I have still not received the product. No one is responding properly and giving me proper details about my product. Please look into this.
