I bought Wonderchef Nutri Blend 400 W juicer Mixer Grinder from Flipkart on 1st Mar 2021.
Since last month, Blender is not working fine, It is leaking from below and, once running it will throw the things inside the jar everywhere.
I had called on 2nd July to customer care but nothing has been done so far.
This is getting out of hand now. Please attend to this matter on priority.

    On 2 Jun, I placed an order for 03 Ferro cast iron pan, kadai & dosa tawa. Received the items on 09Jun and before using I rinsed the utensils, wiped with cloth but to my surprise it started leaving rust and rusting marks stayed. Complaint registered on 10Jun but till date no solution.
    Despite numerous complaints to Customer care & NRC team no one has visited my house for collection, replacement or refund.

    It is cheating, fraud and a case of poor after sales, customer service. Never expected such a pathetic service from such a popular brand and promoted by Sanjeev Kapoor. I would appreciate if concerned team can take immediate action and process refund.

      I have purchased your product Nutri - blend on 30/10/2019 from V.K. Bartan Bhandar Agra through Invoice No. C|4989 .But feel looted by wonderchef company.

      The product makes a huge noise along with leakage problem.We complaint to the shopkeeper but there was no response .Wonderchef toll free centre says us to buy new product then what does warranty means&they also say we also don’t know what to do with this product.

      I am experiencing this problem since last 1 month and now the company executive also cuts the call after giving the details of my product and talk very rudely to me .

          Few days back I did purchased blender set. For starting of 2-3 weeks it work properly but now while preparing my banana shake it get stop in between and the same irritate me a lot. Not sure if it's wiring issue or what but will requesting to check my concern and get back to me soon!

              Nutri blend jar is not working

              In today mng, i was making shake, but when i start the button, the fumes come out & the jar shelf stuck with machine, the rubber of the jar comes out. it is under warranty

              Made an order from www.wonderchef.com for a frying pan on[protected] and received a damaged item on[protected].Raised the issue to them with all the details they asked for and still they are not issuing me the refund amount.As per their refund policy they are supposed to do so if they we receive a damaged item. I have send multiple emails and calls to their customer service and they are denying my refund. Please do the needful to issue my refund amount(1039.20) ASAP and do take action against such fraudulent and deceiving services.

                I purchased nutriblend wonderchrf Nutri Blend kitchen Machine in May'20. Now, all of a sudden, the mixing jar has developed a leakage from the blade It is under warranty..Despite our complaints to the company two times, no one has visited the house for replacement / repair. It is a clear case of poor after sales service..Never expected such a pathetic service from such a popular brand and promoted by Sanjeev Kapoor..Please get the same replaced on immediate basis to avoid any further escalation of the issue..Rajnish Mathur H.no 190 Srctor 15 Panchkula 134109.                   Wonderchef nutri blend leakage

                  The container doesn't fit properly in the machine hence the leakage.Also makes noise while grinding..The jar becomes hot within a minute of grinding....

                    I had purchased Wondercheif soap dispenser In month of April
                    Product was not working I had complain within 2 days they told will look take care after some time again I called customer care but it was hell I called more then 30 times after that some person Hardeep mailed me will work out
                    From that day no one called after one month person came n picked product
                    N now again it’s month now he is saying doesn’t have parts don’t know how long will take kindly request u to solve

                        We had purchased a brand new mixer from Wonderchef through their delivery partner Dmart online.

                        The mixer arrived with the cover of the jar that wasn't fitting.
                        after two weeks the mixer itself stopped working.

                        inspite of several emails to wonderchef we haven't received and replacement and neither have we recieved a refund.

                        we have been cheated by this company.

                        now they do not even reply to our email. we only receive an automatic email reply every time we complain.

                        We do not appreciate this kind of a fraud company and we expect a proper investigation and an action to be taken immediately.
