In furtherance to my complaint of July 24, 2020, Today i.e. on 27/07/2020, I received a call from a
person stating himself to be representative of
Wonderchef company. The
person gave me a call by the mobile number [protected] at 9.37 A.M and informed that someone would attend to my complaint by noon.
Subsequently, without giving any call one
person came to my residence at 7.30 P.M (without giving a timing confirmation) who introduced himself as technician, Mr. Gopal. The technician sent to my place was totally unprofessional and and was untrained He did not have the basic knowledge about the Food Processor product and its accessories. I explained about the defect of blender of food processor and the dough kneader and even demonstrated the defect in hos presence. He even accepted in front of me that there is some defect with the dough kneader blades. He was however trying to convince me that there was no defect with the blending jar but the problem was very much visible.
I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of your technician. Moreover he had no knowledge about the product. When I tried to show him the defect he got irritated and left without addressing the issues.
While leaving he said that he would raise the complaint about the dough kneader blades to the
Wonderchef company. He also said if you face any problem with the leaking of blending jar take a video and send it to us.
Further, at around 10.32 P.M on the same day i.e. 27/07/2020, I received a text message which stated that my Service Request No. UP[protected] is attended and resolved. The copy of the text message is enclosed herewith.
I am shocked to see this message that how can it be resolved when the technician himself accepted that there was defect with the kneading jar blades and raise the issue to the
Wonderchef company. Your technician is lying and giving a wrong feedback to your company.
I have a very poor experience with you product and your service team. I am facing the problem on the first day o[censored]sing the product. I can not trust the defective products and your technician is lying in front of me and giving wrong feedback to the company.I have never ever faced such a pathetic service from any company.
I now request you to send a staff of your company (no third party agency technician) to check the defect of my product and if the problem is found by your company staff also, the company must take the product back and refund my full money. I have faced enough problem and wasted my precious time and energy for your defective product for the purchase of expensive product by my hard earned money.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from your end.
